Shannon Packard, NP

Shannon graduated with a BSN from D’Youville University in 2015. After several years of working with communities and underserved populations including adults with developmental and  intellectual disabilities. She decided to further her career and graduated with a Master’s of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from D’Youville University in 2020 with a board certification from the ANCC. Since graduating, Shanon has dedicated my NP career to the primary care setting.  Although the role includes managing various health conditions, her favorite thing about working in primary care is relationships with patients. 

Shannon is from Buffalo, NY and currently resides in Lockport, NY. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
